😎🛹 ALL MEMBERSHIPS REQUIRE A BARE MINIMUM OF A 3 MONTH COMMITMENT. EVERY Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Sunday @ Skypark Time: 3:30 – 5:30 PM Weekdays 11am-1pm Weekends TIER LEVELS: Tier 1: - 1 Group Lesson per Week - Personal Training Program Tier 2: - Unlimited Group Lessons - Personal Training Program - Shirt Tier 3: Membership Benefits: - Unlimited Group Lessons - 1 Skate Field Trip per Month - 1 Private Lesson per Week - Personal Training Program - Fingerboard - Shirt Tier 4: - Unlimited Group Lessons - Unlimited Skate Field Trips per Month - 1 Private Lesson per Week - Personal Training Program - Fingerboard - Shirt WEEKEND VAN TRIPS 🚐: Full-day skate trips from 9:30 AM – 9:30pm EVERY SATURDAY Every 3 Months we will be hosting a competition for all students in our memberships. Cancellation Policy
CLIENT COMMITMENT AND BUSINESS POLICIES In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Luke’s Skate Lessons athletic/sports program, related events, trips, promotions and activities, I acknowledge, appreciate and agree that: 1. Lesson Attendance and Commitment I understand that lessons, memberships, and trips require commitment and planning. I agree that missed lessons, late arrivals, or early departures may result in lost lesson time without refund or credit unless otherwise stated in writing by Luke’s Skate Lessons LLC. 2. Cancellation Policy I agree to provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations made with less notice may be charged in full and may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. 3. No Refund Policy I understand that Luke’s Skate Lessons LLC has a no refund policy for lessons, memberships, trips, deposits, or packages unless otherwise required by California law. Credits or reschedules may be offered at the Company’s sole discretion. 4. Membership Billing Authorization If enrolled in a recurring membership, I authorize Luke’s Skate Lessons LLC to charge my card or payment method on file according to the agreed billing schedule until I cancel in writing. 5. Termination of Services Luke’s Skate Lessons LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to any Participant for unsafe behavior, bullying, harassment, property damage, non-payment, or violation of policies, without refund. 6. Parent Responsibility I understand that I am responsible for my child’s behavior before, during, and after lessons and trips. I agree to ensure respectful conduct toward instructors, other students, and the public. 7. Safety Equipment Requirement I agree Participant will wear helmet, wrist guards, elbow pads, and knee pads when required. Failure to comply may result in removal from lessons without refund. 8. Arrival and Pick-Up Policy I agree to arrive on time for drop-off and pick-up. Luke’s Skate Lessons LLC is not responsible for supervision outside scheduled lesson times unless agreed in writing. 9. Property Responsibility Luke’s Skate Lessons LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, skateboards, phones, or equipment. 10. Behavior and Anti-Bullying Policy Participant agrees to treat others respectfully.
