Cancellation Policy

Luke’s Skate Lessons – Van Trip Booking Policy Effective Date: [Insert Date] Welcome to Luke’s Skate Van Trips! These day-long skate adventures take riders to various skateparks across California. Please read this policy carefully before booking. By registering, you agree to all terms below. 1. General Terms Each trip includes round-trip transportation, guided skate sessions, and instructor supervision. Trips typically run 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, varying between Saturdays and Sundays. Participants must arrive on time; the van departs promptly. Bookings are non-transferable and valid only for the registered participant. 2. Payment & Refund Policy Full payment is due at booking to reserve a spot. No refunds or credits for cancellations, missed trips, or no-shows. If Luke’s Skate Lessons cancels due to weather, mechanical issues, or emergencies, a rescheduled trip or credit may be offered at our discretion. Spots are limited and cannot be held without payment. 3. Weather Policy Trips are outdoor-based and may be affected by weather. Refunds are not issued for weather-related changes. 4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Skateboarding and travel involve risks including falls, collisions, or transportation accidents. By enrolling, you accept all risks voluntarily and agree that Luke’s Skate Lessons, its instructors, and drivers are not liable for any injuries or property loss. A signed Liability Waiver is required before participating. Helmets are mandatory; pads are strongly recommended. 5. Safety & Conduct Participants must follow all staff instructions during travel and skating. Seatbelts must be worn in the van at all times. Unsafe or disrespectful behavior may result in removal without refund. Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before the trip. 6. Media Release Photos and videos may be taken for promotional use unless a written opt-out is provided prior to the trip. 7. Agreement By booking a Van Trip, you confirm that you: Have read and understood this Booking Policy. Accept the No Refund and Assumption of Risk clauses. Have signed (or will sign) the Liability Waiver prior to participation. Agree to follow all safety and conduct rules.
